Care for our beautiful Laura

On the 26th of July our beautiful Laura left this world, we all miss her so much and would like to say thank you for every single donation received. 

Hi,

My name is Hayley and I am starting this fundraiser for my beautiful friend Laura.

Those that know Laura will be aware of her breast cancer diagnosis 3 years ago. Laura underwent a mastectomy and extensive chemotherapy which enabled her to keep the cancer at bay for just over 3 years.

Laura and her husband Marco dreamt about long term plans to one day return to Australia. They had wonderful plans to live off grid one day in a tiny home on a beautiful patch of land. We excitedly dreamt of the time we would spend, weekends away, adventures and lots of laughs.

Unfortunately those plans were cut short. In April Laura was informed that her cancer had returned and is now in her lungs, lymph nodes and Liver. We are all beyond devastated for her.

Whilst Switzerland has an incredible medical system, there are additional things we would like to provide Laura with to help during this extremely difficult time in her life. These funds will go towards ensuring Laura has the most incredible care and will enable Marco to be there to care for her too.
