Hello there! I’m here to spread awareness for a cause very close to my heart. I know the world is suffering from a pandemic and has made times hard for all, but any donation or share big or small helps and adds up.
Calcifer is a three year old sweet boy who touches
the heart of everyone he meets. After falling ill 3 weeks ago from an unknown cause, we have been informed that Calcifer had a Bilateral Ureteral Obstruction in his kidneys, causing him to urinate blood, become anemic, and send his kidney levels up high. Essentially, the tubes connected to kidneys that carry urine to his bladder are enflamed almost completely shut. The corrective Kidney Bypass Surgery surgery is very tedious and specialized, costing up to $15,000, which I cannot afford.
The surgery would place a device under Calcifer’s skin that can redirect the flow of urine out of the kidneys through a port, therefore bypassing his kidney Ureters. Without this surgery, Calcifer will lose and damage functional kidney tissue. At only 3 years old, having such a severe kidney malfunction is rare. Calcifer needs this surgery to be able to live out his kitty life! Any donation to help fund the cost of this, or any share across networks, would be a great help.
