<li>This is an 85% finished documentary (our team’s 4th) about how regenerative farming is transforming not just landscapes—but the men who steward them.
</li>
<li>It follows XPRIZE-qualified innovators and Australian farmers turning collapse into collaboration—proving that true strength lies in care, cooperation, and renewal.
</li>
<li>At its heart, the film reveals a quiet revolution in rural masculinity—where leadership serves life, and healing begins around the kitchen table.

<div><strong>THE STORY I NEVER EXPECTED TO TELL</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/57682311_1751622575518478_r.png" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This isn't the update I ever imagined writing. It's a story of ambition, failure, and the hard-won wisdom that can only be found in the ashes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Two years ago, we had a vision that earned us <strong>"Phase 1 Qualified Competitor" status in the </strong><a href="https://www.xprize.org/prizes/carbonremoval" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>$100M XPRIZE for Carbon Removal</strong></a><strong>.</strong> Our concept—to fund regenerative farming in Kenya—was scientifically, economically, and scalably validated by a world-class institution. We had a stellar team, a clear plan, and we were on top of the world.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Then, the world fell out from under us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The pandemic struck. Our funding disappeared. Our Kenyan farming partner, driven to bankruptcy, vanished with our initial seed payment. The project collapsed completely.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your initial donations supported us through this collapse—and enabled what came next.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THE QUESTION THAT CHANGED EVERYTHING</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>In that failure, we were left with a devastating question: <strong>How can you help farmers if the system itself is so fragile?</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/57682311_1751622820639051_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The answer became our new mission. We realized the solution wasn't just a new project, but <strong>a new economic model</strong>—one so resilient it couldn't be broken by a single point of failure.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We pivoted to develop the <strong>Ecosystem Health-derived Digital Currency (EHDC)</strong>, a system designed to give power back to farmers. We protected it for the world by filing for a patent and then <strong>intentionally abandoning it</strong>, making it a permanent gift to the public.
</div>
<div><br />
</div><img alt="" media_type="3" src="https://d2g8igdw686xgo.cloudfront.net/57682311_1751622982459435_r.jpeg" width="100%" />
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>This is "sacred economics" in action</strong>: Patents become gifts. Innovation becomes community medicine.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But a blueprint isn't enough. To start a revolution, you need to tell a story. You need to create a myth.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>That is <em>Seeds of Change</em>.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WHY CROWDFUNDING, NOT TRADITIONAL FUNDING?</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After losing everything to institutional fragility, we chose <strong>community-first funding</strong> to protect the intimacy, innovation, and spiritual integrity of this work.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Traditional funding demands:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>❌ "Marketable heroes" instead of authentic transformation through failure
</div>
<div>❌ Manufactured conflict instead of organic healing documentation
</div>
<div>❌ Success stories instead of the profound wisdom found in collapse and rebirth
</div>
<div>❌ Studio control over the narrative that serves market formulas rather than authentic transmission
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Your support enables authentic completion:</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✅ <strong>Failure as transformation</strong> - The XPRIZE collapse becomes the film's emotional core
</div>
<div>✅ <strong>Sacred economics demonstration</strong> - Patent abandonment showing values in action
</div>
<div>✅ <strong>Revolutionary storytelling</strong> - Techniques that make healing feel as powerful as it actually is
</div>
<div>✅ <strong>Community partnership</strong> - Farmers and filmmaker learning regenerative principles together
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WHAT IS REGENERATIVE FARMING? (The Simple Answer)</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Think of soil like a forest ecosystem</strong>. In healthy forests, trees share nutrients through underground fungal networks. Regenerative farming recreates these same partnerships in cropland.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Instead of sterilizing soil with chemicals</strong>, regenerative farmers:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Feed the soil life (bacteria, fungi, earthworms) that naturally protect and nourish crops
</li>
<li>Leave roots and stubble to create natural water storage and soil structure
</li>
<li>Allow crops to form partnerships with beneficial soil organisms
</li>
<li>Use minimal tilling to avoid destroying underground networks
</li>
</ul>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The result</strong>: Higher yields, 80% lower input costs, and soil that actually improves each year instead of degrading.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Most weeds and pests are symptoms of soil imbalance</strong>. Regenerative farmers learn to read these signs and restore natural balance rather than fighting endless chemical wars.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>This isn't just better organic farming—it's a completely different approach</strong> that works with natural systems instead of against them.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>THE FILM: FORGED IN FIRE</strong>

<div>This documentary is the culmination of a life's work. It's a journey that began when I left everything behind, determined to change my life and document the process. It's a craft I honed through three previous films and countless hours of embedded storytelling.

<div><strong>This isn't a documentary filmed from a safe distance. It is a story told from the inside out.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are <strong>85% finished</strong> with a film that weaves my own journey of transformation—through XPRIZE qualification, spectacular failure, and regenerative rebirth—with that of Australian farming families discovering the same truth:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>How we farm shapes how we father. How we father shapes our future.</strong>

<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our film follows the journey of <strong>multi-generational large-scale farmers managing 20,000 acres</strong> as they transform from traditional command-structure farming to collaborative decision-making that includes multiple generations and perspectives. Through their kitchen table councils, toolbox talks, and our own journey from XPRIZE glory to authentic service, <em>Seeds of Change</em> operates as <strong>founding mythology</strong> for regenerative culture—where failure becomes wisdom, patents become gifts, and leadership serves life rather than controlling it.

<div><strong>THE FINAL PUSH: FROM RAW FOOTAGE TO CULTURAL IMPACT ($100,000)</strong>
</div>

<div>Because I am the writer, director, cameraman, and editor, we can achieve a world-class result with a lean budget focused on the crucial final steps that turn a film into a movement.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Where every dollar serves cultural transmission:</strong>

<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>WHY THIS STORY MUST BE TOLD NOW</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We live in a world that needs new heroes. It needs new stories. It needs <strong>proof that failure is not an end, but a transformation</strong>.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>Seeds of Change</em> is that proof. It's the story of how losing everything can show you what truly matters. How XPRIZE qualification can become caravan living. How patent applications can become gifts to humanity. How individual collapse can become collective regeneration.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>The regenerative revolution is happening in kitchen table councils across large-scale operations and pre-dawn coordination of 15 lateral irrigators. In biological partnerships replacing chemical warfare on thousands of acres. In collaborative authority emerging through service to life. In the recognition that our greatest failures become our most authentic wisdom.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>Like </em><a href="https://vimeo.com/ondemand/thehemproadtrip" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><em>The Hemp Road Trip</em></a><em> shifted cannabis perceptions and Fantastic Fungi revealed mycelial intelligence, Seeds of Change can transform how we see failure, agriculture, and the courage required for cultural evolution.</em>

<div>Whether you're a farmer, father, healer, teacher—or simply someone who has ever failed spectacularly and wondered what gifts might be hidden in the ashes—this film offers a new story to live into.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Together, we're completing the founding mythology for partnership-based culture—told through revolutionary documentary techniques that embed transformation templates in audience consciousness.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><em>"How we farm is how we father. How we father is how we future."</em>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>This is not a film about agriculture.</strong> It's a film about remembering how to grow.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>About men reclaiming their roots—not to dominate the land, but to steward it. Not to suppress emotion, but to nurture life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Because when you are truly a seed, <strong>no one can bury you.</strong>
</div>
<div>You become the beginning. <strong>A seed of change.</strong>
