Cara's Bariatric Surgery Journey

I have been on my weight loss journey for about 6 years now.  Along the way I have encountered illnesses and injuries that have halted my efforts, no matter how hard I try.  I made the decision to have the bariatric sleeve done as a tool to help me lose the weight.  I found out that my insurance carrier covers the procedure 100%, but learned a sobering fact that left me feeling hopeless.  My employer cut out bariatric services from the plan, leaving me no choice but to search for my own insurance policy OR pay out of pocket.  Either way, I cannot afford this surgery.  I am taking out a loan on my own, and my parents are taking one out also.   Any funds raised will go directly to helping pay down the loan or any expenses incurred from pre-op clearance testing.  I am scheduled to have surgery on December 18th and would need any funds raised before the surgery date.  No donation is too small.  Whatever anyone can give is a blessing and very much appreciated.  Thank you so much for your help along this journey!!!
