“After starting my business 28 years ago, I’m finding myself in a difficult position for the first time in years, not being able to help my staff. Unfortunately, right now we are all living and working in unpredictable, unbearable times. Times are tough and bringing some to the lowest in their lives and others to the highest. Unfortunately, we are not in a sanitizer or toilet paper business, we are in the service industry, serving friends, family and neighbors. My staff team members  are like family to me and they matter to me. What my staff and I have offered to you in past years has been from our heart and each one of us can not wait to get back to serving you. Unfortunately by doing take out only,  I cannot keep all my staff employed. They were all sent home as of last Thursday, the 10th of December right before Christmas. This hurts me and breaks my heart. I am doing my best to help each one of them, so please help me in this battle to help my staff survive through these tough times because we all want to get back to cooking for you and serving you again as soon as all this is over. If you feel led to give, we would be so humbled and grateful to you. We know during these times every penny counts and if you are unable to help, we would be so thankful if you could just share this page. This will help me to be able to keep my staff and my restaurants. Praying that soon we can share a bowl of pasta and have a glass of wine and look back on these days, coming out stronger and having moved forward with our lives.
