Directing at Cannes Film Festival!

I have the honor to be one of two directors selected to direct a short film at The Cannes Film Festival in France, the most prestigious film festival in the world!
My crew and I will have only one week to pitch, write, cast, shoot, and edit an entire film before they're screened at the Cannes Film Festival. I'm beyond excited to direct one of these projects and will be treating this movie as my thesis before graduating from the USC School with my MFA in Film and TV Production .
By May 1st, I'm hoping to have raised $3500:
Mandatory cost of attendance (housing, film rentals, food, etc): $3000
Travel expenses: $500
To clarify, these expenses are unrelated to my school tuition-- this is an outside project that will be coming out of my pocket, so I can not apply for student loans. This is way out of my student budget, so if you're in a financial position to donate and feel so inclined, I'll be forever grateful! This is by far the most exciting thing that's ever happened in my life. I've been working so hard the last 2.5 years in graduate school and it's beyond rewarding to see the time and financial investments in my school work start to pay off. I still can't believe I've been selected as director... I'm beyond honored to present my work on this world stage!!
