Retirement Home Needs a Ceiling for Christmas

Jayda, Tinka and the other seniors are hoping to show you around the new Senior & Special-Needs Sanctuary that is soon to be!
The Best Friends Animal Rescue (BFAR) team is desperate to get this sanctuary building complete. The last two weeks have seen Jeane forced to take on three additional dogs from dire, life-threatening circumstances. The sanctuary will significantly improve our capacity to help with this sort of emergency.
The post-Christmas time is the worst time for unwanted dogs. We are already inundated! Help! Your donation will make such a huge difference in the life of these lovely dogs who have nowhere else to turn. Dogs with cancer, incontinent dogs, dogs needing palliative care and beautiful golden oldies. Dogs like these are hard to find homes for - so we are building a custom-made one especially for them!
We are getting the roof on after Christmas, and then it will be time for plasterboarding the ceilings, estimated at around $10,000.
The plastering for the walls has been estimated for us at an additional $20,000! We'll cross THAT bridge when we come to it...
Please help us rescue these lovely doggies with your donation. ALL dogs deserve a safe, warm and loving place to spend their final years. Here they will enjoy home cooked meals, daily bush walks, swimming in the dam we plan to build, fur-friends to play with, comfy couches to rest on in air conditioned comfort.
