In 2017 Candid was diagnosed with Lupus. This invasive disease she believed would not keep her down. She remains hopeful that she would beat it and continued pushing forward. She is an advocate for Lupus awareness and would encourage the entire family to wear purple on World Lupus Day. She would often give us information on this disease and its negative impacts. In December 2019, she unfortunately suffered severe symptoms from the disease, causing her to be hospitalized even to this day. She is very optimistic and in high spirit as we know she is a fighter. She is also very thankful to all for their continued prayers. Our appeal is a plea for financial support for Candid, a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and a friend. The medical bills are steadily increasing, and we believe that no amount is too big or too small. As she head towards the road to recovery, let us show our love and support.
