Hello, my name is Richanna and I’m making this fundraiser for my mom, Candace Grimes. With the condition she had she couldn’t get life assurance. She was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer October 2021. She fought and survived it like a champ. Later on a couple months later she found out it spread to her brain. She was devastated because she thought she’d overcome this obstacle already and gave it her best. She had multiple complications during the process of her brain cancer. She fought her hardest , she never gave up and she survived again! She was given a second chance with life and continued to love on her kids, grand daughter, close family, and friends. Unfortunately, as months went by she started developing sickness again she didn’t want to hear nothing more about Cancer. She went to the hospital and was told her cancer came back and attacked her liver and once the cancer attack the liver it was nothing more else to do but just try to fight. She gave it the best she can but for the last couple of years she was tired of fighting and going through pain everyday. So on September 25th, 2023 she took her last breath and passed away. She was the STRONGEST, FLYEST, SWEETEST person you could have ever met. We are going truly going to miss her. We want to send her off home the right way. She was known and loved by many.
