Cancer Treatment and Housing for Annemarie

Annemarie Fish is my aunt (my father's sister). She is a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She has had far from an easy life, but has stayed tough and resilient through life's hardest battles.
Recently, life threw its hardest challenge at her. My aunt was diagnosed with Small Cell Lung Cancer, and it has spread to her throat. She is currently out of work and does not have health insurance. She is trying to get Medicaid, but it is a long and drawn out process. Doctors will not see her, and she cannot get any treatments for her cancer without insurance. The only way she is getting any chemotherapy is if she has symptoms that require an Emergency Room visit.
Along with fighting cancer without the access to proper treatment, she is living in a gutted camper without running water or even a toilet.
This is no way for any woman to be living, especially when she is fighting cancer!
She needs a proper home to find some comfort during this difficult time, so her body can focus on fighting this illness.
We are looking to either get her proper housing down in Texas where her son and grandchildren live, or cover the costs of getting her up here to Pennsylvania.

It is not often that my family asks for help in this way, but we really need it right now. My dad was one of 5 children, and now he and my Aunt Rie are all that are still living. They've both been dealt a really difficult hand in life, but my aunt even more so. Despite the difficulties and tragedies she's experienced, my aunt is still so upbeat and grateful! When my dad heard how she's been living, he said it was not okay. Her response, "it's not that bad!"
