Cancer treatment access amid self isolation order

Donation protected
I am a stage 4 cancer patient from Canada receiving treatment at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda , MD. After three years and three times having eradicated my disease my October 2020 CT revealed a recurrence and yet another trial.   The issue is that I must travel every other week for infusions. As a result of COVID-19 restrictions, the Canadian government is demanding I self isolate for 2 weeks each time I return. They refuse to grant an exclusion even though I am not going to a regular hospital but a secure facility with stringent screening measures in place. If I cannot work, I cannot afford to travel to the United States and this puts my life in jeopardy. If I ignore the order I risk losing my ability to travel and again my life is in jeopardy. I work outdoors with livestock and therefore working remotely from home is not an option. I would much rather be self sufficient but the current situation does not allow for it. Add to that four years as a cancer patient has been financially challenging in itself. I have sat down and calculated my costs and my projected budget for treatment and travel. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Surplus funds will be directed to a cancer related charity or foundation at the conclusion of the trial.
