Cancer surgery for a mother

My brother's wife has been diagnosed with an acute lymphoblastic leukemia. She just gave birth to a boy in August,  but before that, she was diagnosed with an unknown illness that caused a huge decrease in her platelet blood cells. She was sent to a special hospital in Almaty, Kazakhstan, to give birth to the baby, and after the childbirth, her blood was investigated and doctors found that she has an acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Her baby is only a month old now and she never breastfed her baby and has already taken two chemical treatment sessions so far. The chemical treatment brought many side effect which caused a swelling of her jaw and an entire face. She is not able to talk and eat properly now. Doctors say she urgently needs to have a surgery on bone marrow transplantation. We need to raise an amount of $20 000 for that surgery, which might be very possible with the help of my dear friends.
