Cancer support for Johanna (Jo)

Hi lovely, ... would be Johanna's (Jo's) way of starting this letter!
As you may or may not be aware, Johanna was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. The prognosis is good for the long term, however, three weeks ago she underwent surgery to have a mastectomy in San Remo Hospital, Italy.
The medical advice recommended is that Johanna will need an additional surgery and/or ongoing medications now and after the second surgery; the degree and duration to be determined as her condition is monitored over time.
Loss of income
As you can imagine, Johanna needs time to recover from two surgeries and the ensuing treatment. She’s self-employed with her little business Ceriana Angel “helping others to overcome their difficulties when they move to Italy as foreigners”. Unfortunately, she will be unable to work for some months, and loss of income, together with medical bills, will add extra stress to what is already a difficult time.
The help asked for here
Johanna is now back at home, but needs to make trips to the hospital 1-2 times a week for more examinations and treatments. Therefore, her need for support is urgent and will continue to be so over the coming months.
