Cancer Sucks, Save Orande (Safa)

My only nephew who is 34 years old single father of 3 is currently battling stage 4 cancer spreading thru his lungs, spine and colon. He is the only child of my sister making him the only one grandchild of my mother.
We are asking for help because he has to travel from Guyana to Mexico for hospitalization, treatment and all care to fight these vicious and agressive malignant tumors. Any help would be greatly appreciated for the only therapy that may save my beloved nephew.
