Cancer sucks, help Us save Our mom

Where do I begin..... Our mother is our hero... She is the most selfless person we have ever known. She is our rock.... Our best friend and the only person I have ever cared so much about besides my kids.
Our mother was sick last year with a sinus infection... it started as an infection, and lead to optical migraines which would leave her blind in one eye for 30 min at a time... After multiple doctor visits, 3 rounds of antibiotics and a year later, finally a CAT scan was done because our mom wasn't getting any better... The CAT scan revealed possible cancer and she was scheduled for a biopsy which revealed an extremely rare form of sinus cancer and has a year or less to live.... There is an option for surgery.... But the best case scenario is she would only have a 30% chance to make it to 3 years and the doctors would remove her eyeball completely and part of her upper jaw so she wouldn't have any quality of life. As it sits right now, our mom is working with palliative care to keep her comfortable and has less than a year to live. We love our mom with all our hearts and we are not ready to lose her... She is leaving behind 6 grandbabies who are just starting life and need their grandma. She has 3 daughters, a husband of 38 years and many friends and family who need her here...
We are raising money to help our mother get a second opinion from out of state and research for something to help get her better.
If anyone knows our mom, you know she will do anything to help anyone she can. She would give you her last dollar and feed you an amazing meal just so you wouldn't go without.
Our dad is her biggest support and has to worry about all their bills, plus taking as much time off work to be there with her at doctors appointments while trying to manage his own battle being a brittle diabetic and a heart attack survivor, and they are struggling just to afford their regular monthly medication let alone all these new cancer appointments all the way in Sioux Falls.
