Cancer Sucks 2

This is my wonderful theater student Hogen Hildreth.  He is the 3rd BHS theater student this year who has been diagnosed with cancer.  He has Germ Cell tumor cancer. The tumor is on his right lung and it is touching his heart.  He was on a family vaction to Boston, and then he was going to New York to see his favorite show, HAMILTON when he was diagnosed.  He had a cough that wouldn't go away so his dad took him to an urgent care.  They took an xray of his chest and saw the mass.  As of June 19th, he  has been at the children's hospital in Boston. On the 23rd he started his first round of Chemo.  They are trying to shrink the tumor so he can travel back home and continue treatment.   

I am asking you all for for help in order to ease the financial burden on this wonderful family. I know they will need help with gas, food when the stay with Hogan, and any medical bills that WILL come up.  

Hogan is the youngest in his family and the only boy.  He is sweet,  kind ,and funny.  When his classmate, Lily, was diagnosed with lymphoma he lead the charge to get a gift certificate for her mom and dad at the most expensive restaurant in Beaufort.  He knew then the importance of family and how the pain of seeing a child go through the treatment for cancer really hurts a mom and dad. Hogan wanted Lily’s parents to have a time where they could be reminded of their strength in order to be stronger for their daughter.  That is Hogan.  He is always thinking of others.
