Caribou’s Cancer Fight

I go to Marco Island Academy and I am in 11th grade. My name is Rachel Drake, and seen in the picture is one of my teachers, Mr. Butler and his dog Karibou. Mr. Butler is a very good teacher, but there is so much more to him as an authority figure in the lives of so many students. He is kind, thoughtful, and cares about each and every student, as well as what is going on in their life. To me this fundraiser is just a small way of showing care for him, as he does to students everyday. He has had Karibou since he was in college and recently found out that she has bone cancer. He would never ask for money, but I saw this as an opportunity to try to help out, knowing that no vet bills are ever cheap, and that there are many other bills to be paid on a regular basis. Please try to help as much as you can!:)
