Hello everyone, my name is Yasmin Kinnarath (Yas. K).
I am trying to raise money for my legal cost of my appeal in the two lawsuits against Delta Airlines (my employer) and Desjardins Financial Security . Fighting cooperate life insurance fraud and greed.

-Currently in the process of appeal.
Reason for the appeal.
-Trial Judge erred in Rules of Law and his judgement.
I need to do this as soon as possible in order that the appeal court not dismiss my case.
I have been fighting since 2010 that was when I was diagnosed with the last stage ovarian cancer.
The lawsuits was filed in 2013 after I had exhausted all talks with Delta and Desjardins for selling life insurance without an existing finalized policy.
The policy that I had purchased and paid for since 2001 that was terminated without any notification the minute Delta Airlines found out that I had last stage cancer.
I am a single mother with two kids and thought that buying a life insurance policy was buying protection for my kids in the event of my death.
I am fighting for justice Pro se meaning that I am representing myself in court.
My fight has been very challenging and it took a lot of courage, patient and perseverance to stand up to big cooperation and the unjust court system.
The small ordinary honest hard working people can never beat the big giant.
Well don't forget the story of David and Galiath.
Giving up is NOT an option.
I fought for 8 years, I worked so hard and did too much work to give it up now.
It's not because I don't understand the law or that I don't have enough evidences. No the only thing that is standing in my way is the financial issue.
When I got sick, I lost everything, but chemo and radiation did not keep me down in bed dying. I refused to die and I got out of bed and fought back.
This is not just my story but there are many untold stories of those who were too sick and too tire to fight back. Those that lost everything and die. It's time someone stand up and fight back and make sure that big cooperation stop the fraud and the abused of its employees especially when they are at the weakest point in the life and stricken with illness.
Court of appeal has high cost. I have already filed the notice of appeal on Delta Airlines and Desjardins Financial. I now need to raise money to pay for my court transcript and the other related cost.
Since I can not afford to pay a lawyer to take my case I will have to do all the work myself again. If I do raise more then the target here, I will used it to pay for consultation with lawyers on legal matters.
