Cancer Fundraiser for Mai Chee Thao

To Family, Friends, and Everyone,
Last year before Christmas Mai Chee was brought into the ER for a cough that never seemed to go away. It was on that day that we found out about her lump that would later be biopsy and confirmed as cancer of the lung.
Since that time, it's been a constant back and forth to Madison for blood work, radiation, and chemo. We are keeping hope that everything the Doctors are doing will eventually put this cancer out of it's misery.
We've also been informed by the Doctors that the cancer has spread into her bones and they are doing everything in their powers to contain it and hopefully kill it.
This GoFundMe page is our way of asking everyone for their help in donating funds to help cover costs of medical, travel, and any miscellaneous expenses that may arise. We are grateful for all the help thus far and appreciate everyone who has come out to spend time with Mai Chee. The support has been tremendous in us having HOPE that she will be able to fight this cancer and pray that her Doctors will find something that will put this cancer into remission. Of course, we all know that there is no cure for cancer so one can only wish and hope for the best.
We are also hosting a Fundraiser/Benefit for Mai Chee as well. Our venue will be at the Banquet Hall next to Long Cheng in Appleton on Saturday, November 18th. Time of the event will be determine shortly. There will food and drinks available for everyone. This event will be kid friendly so please feel free to bring the little ones.
We’ll have a GoFundMe page for anyone who wishes to donate money to help out with future travel and medical expenses. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
Please come out to support her and our endeavors to make it as easy as it can be for her and the struggles she’s going through.
The November date will be the only time we’ll be hosting this event for Mai Chee. Please plan accordingly and come out to join us. Kani and I will be coordinating the event so any volunteers who comes on board will be given assignments from us before the day of the event.
Please come out everyone to support a friend, a sister, and most of all, someone who's given more than she's taken.
