Cancer Fund for my Brother Raul

Hi everyone. My name, well, that does not matter, we are here for my brother (in law), Raul. Six months ago he started to rapidly lose weight. His doctor was confident that it was a side effect of a medication he takes. Things started to progress, he got more and more sick, basically stopped eating - all while continuing to work. Every day. Still does, even though, after on their own they sought medical advice for his stomach and he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer... He says he wants to keep working, that he does not want to sit home and die... Which is my biggest hope and wish for him, them - to not sit, to live their lives without time, debt and disease to burden them every moment. They dont have allot. They have moved in with family to put everything and anything they can towards treatment but the hits keep coming. Its spreading. Raul started chemo this week. I guess they do blood work everytime, makes sense right... but...his liver is starting to fail. I'm at a loss. He's 42... just 42. He's my autistic nephews best friend... He's my sister's high school sweetheart and one true love... He's hard working and good hearted...He. Is . My. Brother. I've known him almost all my life and can not imagine it without him. I hope, with everything, that he will fight this monster and prevail, like a super hero. But he needs help, they need help... so here I am at 11:11 pm, making a wish, asking for your help. Everyone and anyones help. I'm not sure whats appropriate to ask for. I know medical treatment is crazy expensive and they are rabid for the money, the constant calls to my brothers hospital room and the tense conversation as my sister walked to their car to get what she could to pay them so the phone would just stop for a while showed me that much for sure... So, I think I'm starting modest, given the situation, again, I'm not sure. Anything and everything helps. If you are reading this, thank you, no matter what.
