My name is Antoinette.
I have organized this fund for my sister, Lydia Hovanski.
Lydia is the braviest person i know.
Nothing and i mean nothing, can stop her from accomplishing what she sets her mind to do.
She will give all she has and then some.
She doesn’t give in!
No is not an option!
CANCER, is trying to stop her. She is literally fighting for her life...
Lydia is battling lymphoma.
This isn’t her first battle with cancer either. This is her third battle with cancer.
At the early age of 27, she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She won that battle but was left with the inability to ever have children of her own.
Then at the age of 33, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She won that battle.
Now at the age of 40, fighting for the past four months, this current battle is taking its toll.
This has become an uphill battle with no reprive in sight. Even still, she will not give in.
Lydia is a single, independent woman. She is her sole provider.
She runs her own business and is self employed. Now any of you out there that are self employed know just how difficult that situation can be. You don’t work, you don’t get paid. Health insurance comes at a premium, especially when you’ve already had cancer, not once but twice. Lydia is and always has been excellent with her finances.
One can only go so long before that nice savings buffer one had is gone.
Lydia’s savings are depleted.
She needs to be able to put her full attention on healing, not struggling to wonder where she is financially.
Everyone has needs, this i know.
I love my sister. I ask this of all who know and love her. Those whom she loves. Those of you who have never had the pleasure to know her.
