<div>Hi everyone my name is Elisa. I have 3 kids,

<div>Aaliyah is 11yrs old , Breonna is 16 yrs old, and Leila is 20 years old. Leila has a Severe seizure disorder. Her brain will need to be operated on (again). Leila had phase 1 on may 18th where while she was there they captured enough data to move forward to the next surgery.
</div>

<div>I'm trying to support my family, juggling between managing Leila's treatment and caring for my other children. The stress has been overwhelming because in June I had a gallbladder attack which had me out of work for about a month but thank God I recovered. Moving forward on October 14th i got the phone call that they were ready to schedule Leila’s surgery for Reverse nerve stimulator (R.N.S) on January 4th. On the same day, I want to the hospital for my back pain because i just couldn't take it anymore. I was told I have stage 4 cancer. It’s in my liver an in my spine. My official diagnosis is metastatic high grade neuroendocrine carcinoma with liver an bone metastases. My spine has 3 fractures because of my tumors, so my spine I guess is considered to be metastatic disease. I don't know how long i have left to live...this is considered a rare incurable cancer, I'm trying to understand and process everything. It's like I'm lost. I just don't understand how much people think I can take. I'm strong but I'm overwhelmed. I'm scared of leaving my kids behind. I can't handle another thing go wrong in my life but Believe me I'm fighting this disease and with everyone who has helped me, comforted me, supported me, prayed for me, I'm fighting for you as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, I am completely overwhelmed with how people have so much love and generosity to help support my family in my time of need. Thank you all so much again.
