<div>Tens of thousands of families have taken part in this Canberra institution, coming together once a year to mark Christmas - a season of joy, peace and hope.

<div>For many decades, the Woden Valley Youth Choir has carried responsibility for raising the money and in-kind support to cover the cost and operations of Carols.
</div>

</div>
<div>But in recent years, the cost of running this marvellous event has escalated, and corporate sponsorship has been harder to find.
</div>

</div>
<div>This is where you come in.
</div>

</div>
<div>We are looking for donations - large and small, from individuals and businesses - to cover the running costs of Carols by Candlelight, and keep it as a free public event.
</div>

</div>
<div>Canberra Carols by Candlelight is the second-longest-running community carols in Australia, after Melbourne.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is a massive undertaking by a small community organisation, the Woden Valley Youth Choir, but we know so many people in the Canberra community love the Carols.
</div>

</div>
<div>Help keep this event alive for this year and for future generations by donating to the Canberra Carols by Candlelight.
