#canalnotes Support our Soldiers!

[REMEMBER: If you work with one of the companies at 75 Varick or 200 Hudson, please leave your name and company in the comments section!]

This #canalnotes Post-it war has quickly escalated to become perhaps the most epic battle in the history of office supplies! For one month, two buildings filled with some of NYC’s most creative agencies tried to outdo one another with some amazing Post-it Note creations—a very public battle that was covered by national and international press, including the NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt.

In order to make this more than just a fun and creative outlet, Biolumina—one of the ad agencies involved in the Post-it war—has decided to use this opportunity to raise money for the very real heroes who have fought in very real wars: our American veterans. As an ad agency dedicated to specialty healthcare, and given the proximity to Memorial Day, contributing to the health of our soldiers seemed appropriate.

Therefore, we are raising funds for the Veteran’s Administration NY Harbor Healthcare System. We are holding a fundraiser on June 1, but for those of you who may be unable to make it, we wanted to give you the opportunity to donate online—and indeed anyone who wants to help those who have helped us all by fighting for our freedom.

If you work with one of the companies at 75 Varick or 200 Hudson, please leave your name and company in the comments section—you may be eligible for company matching!

Thanks for Sticking Together to Support our Soldiers!
