can you help young Itzel?

This face, it is so hard to witness such pain and despair. A friend of mine in Guatemala sent me this picture asking for me to provide help. He found her walking aimlessly through the streets of a very, very small town. Zoom in on her face, scroll down to her hands. No one should have to endure this much pain and suffering, she has nothing and no hope. I have agreed to help her and am asking my Facebook friends if you would like to join me.
