Can you help my dear sweet friend

My dear sweet friend Cindy Holmes needs our help! Cindy Holmes needs our help and support during this battle shes having with non small cell stage 4 carcinoma lung cancer that has metastasized. She has been fighting this for 1 1/2 years already.                                                                       Cindy is always helping others and not one to accept help. It's time to help her!                                                                             Cindy has been getting treatment for 1 1/2 years and continues to get treatment every 21 days. After this long her funds are depleted. She hasn't been able to work this entire time.                                                                                      She has insurance premiums that will raise after the 1st of the year, deductibles, co-pays and medications to buy. Also needs car repairs and trying keep up with household billls.                                                                                                    Can  you please help??
