Can you help me get my wheelchair

Hello my name is Nelly I am 7 years old and currently a first grader at Westside Elementary in Demopolis Alabama and I have been diagnosed with Myelomeningocele sequela (Hydrocephalus, hip dislocation, scoliosis and Arnold Chiari Syndrome 2) I am currently being treated at Shriners Hospital in Houston, Texas, due to my limitations I require assisted mobility. I am not able to walk and have been blessed with a new wheelchair from Shriners. Shriners hospital is providing me the chair for free and my family will have to pay for the motor and it’s adaptation to the chair.
To be able to motorize the new wheelchair , it is going to cost $6,941.97 which should be able to be removed and put back on the wheelchair so that i can use my chair manually at home and motorized at school or for any long distance i may have to travel.
For this reason I am in need of raising the amount of $6,941.97 for the cost of the motor and it’s accessories. My deadline to meet this is November 10, 2018. I hope that you will be able to support me and you’ll be blessed by doing so. Love Nelly❤️
Hola mi nombre es Nelly tengo 7 años actualmente curso 1 grado en Westide Elementary School en Demopolis Alabama y Tengo diagnostico de secuela de Mielomeningocele (Idrocefalia,luxación de cadera,escoliosis y Síndrome Arnold Chiari 2) actualmente me atienden en el Hospital Shriners en Houston Texas,dentro de mis limitaciones está el no poder caminar por lo que ordenaron una silla de ruedas con motor el cual se debe poder quitar y poner para que pueda en distancias cortas usar mi silla manualmente, el hospital Shriners me esta proporciónando solo la silla gratuitamente por lo que nosotros tendremos que pagar el motor y sus adaptación a la silla.
Por este motivo solicitó su ayuda para poder juntar la cantidad de 6,941.97 es el costo del motor y sus accesorios, esta cantidad la tendremos que reunir antes del día 10 de Noviembre ya que el día 12 de Noviembre tendré que estar en el hospital en Houston para mis múltiples citas que tendré y poder recoger mi silla adaptada.
