CAMP CAR

Camp CAR welcomes elementary school students from  Chicago . Campers who attend have the opportunity to meet teen mentors, eat three nutritious meals a day, and enjoy activities such as swimming, hiking, arts and crafts, cooking, and a variety of sports and team building activities "“ all for free!

Camp CAR was created in 2012 by NFTY CAR Advisor Logan Zinman and NFTY CAR President Amy Orlov. The first ever Camp CAR took place in May 2014. Camp CAR is modeled after Camp Jenny "“ a similar program for children from the inner-city of Atlanta.
