We ask your help in keeping a family together. On May 16, 2016 Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam signed into law SB 2190 otherwise known as “The Campbell/ Falk Act.” This Bill ensures that no person who has Power of Attorney or Guardianship over a person can deny family and friends to a Ward in Tennessee. The law guarantees access to the Ward from all family and friends. Only if the Court finds the visitors to be harmful is it legal to deny access.
So far, the new law has not helped Debby and Travis Campbell who are simply seeking unfetterd visitation with their father, Glen Campbell.
Being a child of a celebrity does not mean that wealth has been given to them.
Debby and Travis need help with legal fees in connection with Glen's fourth wife's Court filings against them in their endeavors to visit their ailing father.
Many of you know Debby, as she sang with her father around the world and in Branson for over 24 years.
Travis and Debby are just being loving children trying to visit their dad regularly in his time of great need for familiar faces and unconditional love.
We need to raise a minimum of $50,000 to ensure Debby and Travis Campbell receive the legal representation they deserve.
Children and parents have a bond. The visits between ailing family and friends (and those who love them) should never be broken by anyone.
Please donate whatever you can to help them retain legal counsel.
Every dollar given will go straight into their legal defense fund.
