<div>Kaixo, un grupo de balmasedanos creamos esta campaña de recogida de fondos para presentar una demanda ante los tribunales, con el objetivo de anular legalmente la nueva ordenanza de tráfico del Ayuntamiento de Balmaseda que elimina la coexistencia, y  restringe a los vecinos del casco viejo a sólo ocho accesos rodados al mes a sus domicilios, obligando al resto de ciudadanos de la villa a dar vueltas y vueltas por La Calzada y el Paseo para ir de La Avenida a La Magdalena, o de la Estación a Virgen de Gracia, por ejemplo, ya que al anular la coexistencia actual entre los habitantes de la villa se prohíbe el paso por todas las calles del casco viejo.

<div>Y porque 2078 firmas en contra de la ordenanza pidiendo empatía y ser escuchadas se merecen ser atendidas con rigor por los concejales del equipo de gobierno local.

<div>Y porque permitir por norma sólo ocho pases al mes a su domicilio a un ciudadano merece una justificación legal razonada.

<div>Y porque si el motivo es cuidar el medio ambiente, los coches híbridos y eléctricos tendrían que poder circular sin restricciones. Y obligar a todo el pueblo a hincharse a vueltas por el Paseo, El Cristo, La Calzada y la Avenida no es sostenibilidad ni cuidar el medio ambiente.
