Camp for indigenous medicine

Donation protected
Dear sisters and brothers,

first of all we want to thank you for your support so far! Being able to buy our new Camp in the Amazonian rainforest at the Ucayali region was an incredible honour and joy for us. It gives us strength to see that we can together achieve the preservation and liveliness of the indigenous Shipibo healing culture and mother nature’s wisdoms. Some of us did already experience the healing power of this place and we are constantly developing this beautiful area in nature to become a retreat center for all of us.

At this very moment in our new camp there are some more developing projects that we wanted to bring to your attention so you can become a part of our progress. Now that we could move into the Amazonian jungle we are constantly taking care of the area to cultivate a space of healing. On the one hand we would like to build more "Tambos", little wooden houses for healing diets and personal time in silence, a big "Maloca" which is a traditional Shipibo temple for sacred ceremonies and an additional guest house. Therefore we hope to soon be able to host more people for ceremonies and retreats with our beloved Maestro Mukanranko, to whom we all give thanks for sharing his shamanic Shipibo culture and ancient healing-plants wisdom with us. This would also give us the chance to invite more of you there to deepen your journey with the medicine and receive the pure healing of the plants at their origin.

So hereby we invite you to join this opportunity to support us again by your donations to continue creating a place of true healing and preservation of the indigenous heritage.

Again we want to thank you for your inspiration, trust and open hearts and send blessings from the Amazon for you and your loved ones.

Your Mukanranko Family

What is our greater vision?
We modern people have mostly lost the connection to nature and have forgotten the language of life. There are only a few tribes left on earth, who know those secrets and even fewer are willing to share their knowledge with Western people.

It is a laborious remembering of an actually very simple way of living, in which everything unnecessary is dropped in order to give the divine, the mystery of life its space again. The reconnection to nature helps to fertilize the leached soils of our lives and to sow new seeds of healing and love. Plants teach us to reconnect as mankind like a network of roots.
The healing traditions of the indigenous tribes also help us to connect with our native plant medicine. This forgotten knowledge can be reactivated.

Thus, it’s our even greater vision to create places of healing in different places of the world.  This camp shall be a first step on our journey to express our appreciation and gratitude for all the experiences, which we are allowed to make with indigenous medicine.

Below you see our community house...

Between the trees you see the first row of completed Tambos. More of these huts are in construction process...

Right now have started the constructions of our Maloca, the ceremony temple.
