Camille's Corner:The Callais Family

My name is Jillian Nelson Ybos and I would like to raise money to send The Callais Family (Casie, Brandon and Camille) to the Cure SMA conference in June 2015. Camille was recently diagnosed with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) Type II and I would love nothing more than to fund a trip for Casie and Brandon to learn all they can about SMA and meet other families who are living with and dealing with the same disease process.
