The main aim of this 2nd Edition is to provide a platform for exchange between local talent producers and consumers as well as promote skill and bridge the gap in practicing, so they can lead to sustainable development. Practicing. Training and exhibition does not only boost people/business competitiveness, but also provides a better life for the community.
In terms of specific objectives, four key points are essential.
Talks & Enlightenment on Entrepreneurship and SDGs:
Keynote speakers will talk to us on how entrepreneurs are part of the SDGs and how they play a vital part in the community’ growth and Cameroon at large.
BMAT SKILL FAIR:
The Branding and Marketing African Talent would see the coming together of over 70 selected local Talent from diverse works of life to receive training as well as showcase their products to the populace present. The skill fair would be crowned with a competition with which prizes would be awarded at the Gala.
Network & I commit hub: Open to all young leaders all over Cameroon, the network provides virtual resource and vibrant physical spaces to equip young leaders with skills and connections they need to foster change in their communities. Gain skills and connections that accelerate their career and strengthen them. The key goal of the “I commit hub” in the assembly is to create unique opportunities for participants to put their knowledge to practical use in their career, communities and all over Cameroon.
Award: This initiative is to recognize and appreciate young entrepreneurs who are working hard to develop and make their communities great as well as honor the winners of the BMAT Skill Fair. The award will be awarded to the top 5 exceptional projects and the 1st winners from each category of the skill fair from young entrepreneurs between 18 to 35 years from a wide range of backgrounds and diverse experience.
The Amount Requested is to cover for the event costings and related services.
