Cameron Mackie Berlin Marathon 2022

In under a month, I will be running the Berlin Marathon in aid of the David Nott Foundation. Having never run more than 6k before starting training earlier this year, it will be an experience....Thank you all so much for any donations; it means a lot to me.

What is the David Nott Foundation?

The David Nott Foundation is dedicated to delivering the specialist training surgeons need to save lives in countries affected by conflict and catastrophe.

The Foundation surgeons train local healthcare professionals, leaving a legacy of education and improved health outcomes in the hostile environments where they operate. Over 1,000 doctors have been trained to date.

As well as delivering specialist training, the Foundation also provides urgent medical care in these regions of conflict and catastrophe.

I first came across the foundation through David Nott's book, War Doctor, and if you are yet to read it, I would highly recommend it.
