Cameron Cook's Eye Surgery

Hello everyone, we are starting a Go Fund Me for our little brother Cameron Cook. He was diagnosed when he was about 8 years old with Coats Disease.  Coats' disease is a rare congenital, nonhereditary eye disorder, causing full or partial blindness, characterized by abnormal development of blood vessels behind the retina. At the time he was diagnosed he had a procedure done to temporarily correct the condition in his left eye. Unfortunately, he is now starting to have problems with his eye again. He has already lost about 80% of vision in his left eye and will lose his vision completely if the treatment is not done soon.

As a family we are doing everything we can to get him the treatment he needs as the insurance company will not cover it. Our parents were given an estimated cost of $4000 for the procedure alone. This does not include the cost of the consultation and preparation for the procedure so we are trying too help as much as possible.
