Camera/Gear maintenance

So two years ago, while on a shoot,  I had about $5000.00 worth of equipment stolen. No insurance, it lapsed due to cash flow and amount of paid shoots.  When that happened many people told me to start a gofundme page. Hated that thought. So I did not do it.  I struggled and finally replaced some of what was stolen from me. Then just last week, my main camera went down due to lack of maintenance as well. Normal wear and tear. As I get older most of my shoots are done voluntarily at school. Cross country, school functions, Flag football and Yearbook shoots, et. Grateful for any paying gigs that I do get from that. Now my camera sits in a repair shop waiting to get paid for. Other pieces need maintenance as well. Tonight at cub scouts, I was asked where my camera was by several people.  As I always have it with me. As I explained my situation, several people again said, start a gofundme page.  They thought that many people would help out as I provide so many images and coverage. I feel like it's begging. But out of desperation and need, I decided to do just that. The funds will go to repairing and cleaning what I still have left. The support will be so appreciated. When setting this up I am asked to offer different levels for donations. So I am offering the following, For any $100.00 or more donation, you will get a photo session and an enlargement up 16x20. Normally $261.00.  That can be used anytime when planned ahead. Of course, any donation amount will be appreciated. This can also be gifted to anyone you want. For those who do, thank you so much.
