The Next Step

It’s time to take the next step in my life and I have the absolute pleasure of writing you to tell you that God has been moving in incredible ways in my life! This past September I ventured out of my comfort zone and joined a program called YWAM (Youth With A Mission) it is an international volunteer movement of Christians from many backgrounds, cultures and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world. I was able to do discipleship training School in Honolulu, Hawaii from September to March. The school taught me about relationships, who God is and who God wants me to be! I was honored to be able to go to India and Sri Lanka for almost Three months and see God work in every aspect of life. It was by far the most amazing experience. (I just want to say thank you for all the supporters and prayers while I was gone!)

Now i am on to the next thing God has in store for me! Im am very excited to say that i will be doing another school with YWAM, Chronological School of Biblical Studies (CSBS)!! The CSBS teaches students about the context, culture, and history of each book of the Bible.  After gaining an understanding of the historical context, students start to make observations and interpretations of the text based on the authors’ original intent and the original reader’s understanding.  While I was in India God made it clear that this was the next step and I am very excited to start this new chapter of fully getting to know Him by His word! I would be very grateful if you could keep me in your prayers during these next couple months of fundraising but also while im away for the next nine months!
