Cambodia Education Mission by DC sisters

Redfield is a school community in Sydney, Australia that values the truth, virtue and the Catholic faith. This Christmas, we have gathered a group of musicians, 'Redfield Buskers', who are a self-motivated group that strives to raise funds for poor families in the rural town of Battambang, Cambodia. Cambodia is the poorest country in South East Asia with Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of $4 per day.  We hope to raise funds to support the education mission, run by the sisters of Christian Doctrine (DC Sisters) in the town. The sisters work tirelessly providing aid to the poor families and children in many ways such as running afterschool programs daily, home visits, counselling, community activities, health education and so on.   

Please join us in supporting in this good cause by donating, and your generosity will be greatly appreciated. 100% of the donations will be sent straight to the project. Whilst our fundraising endeavour has been somewhat restricted due to Covid-19 pandemic this year, acts of generosity are needed much more than ever before.  We are doing online busking on  YouTube on the 11th of December 2020, 7pm. As Pope Francis said, "If evil is contagious, so is goodness. Let us be infected by goodness and let us spread goodness!”
