Calumet 5th Street Fire relief fund

A tragic loss happened in Calumet Michigan Friday Night. Here are the details....

Our small historic town has been forever changed by a fire that occurred on Friday-night/ Saturday morning, Almost a whole block of history is in rubble and our community is devastated. Fortunately 13 area volunteer fire departments came and were able to contain the fire . Thankfully no one was seriously hurt but 30-50 community members were displaced and are now homeless. Please keep our small community in your prayers as we clean up and rebuild.

Your donations are vital to the people that lost Everything!  The bulk of the donations will be used to secure housing for the fire victims.
The fund will act as an agent to pay for the first month's rent, security deposit and other costs needed for the people to move into a new place!

Any money left over will be used to purchase items needed to replace the material possessions that were lost.
A commercial building will be used as a storage and pick up point for material items that the fire victims need.
