California Dreamer with ESRD

I have suffered with End Stage Renal Failure since 2010. I have no working kidney function and must have 5 dialysis treatments a week. My health has started to decline and life has become a struggle. As I could no longer provide for my family, I began selling off everything that I had worked for my entire life. I recently sold our family home and purchased a motorhome to call home and head west. My wonderful wife has learned to be my caregiver. We do my dialysis treatments in our motorhome. We have now realized, we can't even afford to escape Ohio, so we currently find our selves living in a motorhome in a snowstorm with frozen water lines struggling to survive. Please help my wife and I realize our dream of making it to the west coast before my life winds down.  Any help and prayers would be very much appreciated. God Bless all.
