My name is Roza, i do cat rescue in Plainfield, New Jersey.

Someone reached out to me to help #spayneuter cats they see around their neighborhood in Plainfield. After discussing all details with the homeowner i went out and trapped this male cat, Calendula, who was limping, favoring his front paw.

Calendula got neutered next day but unfortunately he needs further care than just his neuter surgery. He is a polydactyl cat and we dont know from what event but his upper toe has a very big cut all the way to the bone whats infected and needs to be amputated. He received a convenia shot(antibiotic shot) and a wound clean up besides of his neuter appointment and vaccination.

Due to the infection he has at his toe the vet told us he has to go back in 10 days go under anesthesia again and then they can remove the infected toe and take care of his wound.

I need financial help for to cover the cost of his 2nd surgery (toe removal).

Calendula is safe and cared for by me. He is a feral cat and after his toe is taken care of, recovery time, he will be returned back as he is a feral cat and is not comfortable living indoors. With your support im able to help more cats like Calendula. Thank you for your support any little helps.
