HELP ME RAISE $3,000 IN 60 DAYS TO GO TO INDONESIA!
I heard someone say once that the best journeys answer questions that in the beginning you didn't even think to ask. Five months ago I found myself embarking on one of these journeys, and more than just answers to questions, it has changed my life forever. I want to welcome you into that journey, this journey, and although it might seem like you are coming in at the end, I can assure you that this really is only the beginning.
In September, I began attending the Antioch Training School - a nine month discipleship and training program focused on equipping and building up leaders for the Kingdom of God. This school would quickly become my home, and my fourteen other classmates, my family. I would have my eyes opened to a God who was much bigger, way nicer, and a lot more loving than I ever had believed. From baptisms in backyard pools to seeing students prayed for and healed on the campus of ASU just during a normal lunch hour, my faith has been stretched and my heart, stirred.
As a part of this training program, I have the incredible opportunity this May to go on a one-month trip to Indonesia. As a team, we will be serving and supporting long-term workers, sharing the message of Jesus Christ, and looking to catalyze local church planting movements among natives. Although this will be only my second time out of the country, and my first time ever overseas, my heart is stirred with excitement to see God move in powerful ways.
The only thing left now is raising $3,000 in 60 days to cover the expenses of this trip. I realize that's a lot of money in a short amount of time, and you might think that a small gift is insignificant, but I believe that a bunch of littles adds up to one big, and that with your help, it's possible. Would your prayerfully consider partnering with me financially as I pursue Jesus and His purposes in the Earth? I am also in need of friends who will commit to pray for me and the rest of my team over the next two and a half months as we continue our training and embark on our journey in May.
