Caleb's Surgery at CHOP

Caleb was born with a birth defect in which he will undergo his second surgery/repair on January 14th, 2021. I am currently waiting on SSI backpay as I, his mother, have a ruptured disc in my spine causing nerve damage in my left leg. Therefore I still have not recieved any income. 
Caleb's father receives UC and was not paid today (January 6th) we are very worried about having this small amount of gas and food money to make the trip there and back. He will also be returning back after 3 days so the surgeon can monitor how he has healed. By then, UC hopefully will have paid us. 
If, for some reason, we accumulate the money, I will refund this GoFundMe. As of now though, I am desperate as Caleb's surgery cannot be rescheduled. It must be done on or around his scheduled date.

Judith Weaver is Caleb's grandmother and she is the beneficiary because she will be receiving the payments due to the fact that I do not have a bank account and Caleb's father only has a prepaid debit card (UC)
