Anyone that knows me knows my love for Christmas. The giving, the love, the general positive holiday vibes, and most importantly the precious & priceless time spent with the ones we love. Christmas is simply the best time of the year.
Unfortunately, this is not true for everyone. Each year very sick children and their families spend this time in hospitals suffering through true sadness & pain- the kind of misery & hardship most of us cannot even begin to fathom.
My Heart truly Breaks for these families and these frightened little kids, and so this Christmas I want to help make a difference!
I have officially started growing a contender for the filthiest handlebar MO, possibly in Australia. My lid is rough enough as it is, but I’m taking it to a whole new level, and doing it all for a great cause.
The Starlight Foundation works day in day out at cheering up these Sick children, by healing through laughter & fun and letting them be the little boys and girls that they still are.
I have started a GoFundMe account (link below), and will be raising money up until Christmas for this Charity. The minimum goal is to hit $1000 (100people x $10), and if it hits $1500 before Christmas I will be dying both my Hair & Mo blonde like Hulk Hogan and rocking it for minimum 1xweek.
I challenge all of you, whether you are a close friend or hate every inch of my guts, open up your heart and give just a little. We are all so blessed and lucky, help me make a REAL difference in the lives of some that may not feel quite the same. What’s $10 to you, can make a monumental difference to someone else.
Together we can have a real impact on the lives of Australian Sick kids and their families by continuing to fight pain, stress, and fear with fun, laughter & joy at a time when they need it most.
