Josey's surgery

Our dog Josey got hit by a car on Sunday night and suffered a broken hip. The hip is too far displaced for there to be hope that it will heal on its own and surgery is the only option. We were originally quoted $3,000- $5,000 for the surgery but through some research and the help of a friend, we found a surgeon that will work on Josey for $1,800 (including medicine and everything).
We are now asking for the help of our friends in any way possible. We are hoping to raise as much money as we can by tomorrow (July 30) because we will have to pay in full after her surgery. 
The doctor says that she should have a full recovery and will be back to normal in a month or so. Josey has shown that she is a fighter, surviving a coyote attack and being stepped on by horses multiple times, and we are very optimistic about this.
