Helping Hand for Janet

Our beloved Janet is still in the hospital, recovering from her complicated surgery and medical procedures. She has been in for about 2 months now and while visiting the other day, learned it will be at the very least another 3-4 weeks - with much more time recovering at home when she finally gets there.  As most everyone knows, she worked tiring hours with us at POC liquor store and gave her all to the community for many, many years. While her medical bills are taken care of, funds are running low for monthly bills, taxes, etc. Without her income from the liquor store, it will be a struggle to make ends meet. There are a couple of benefits in the works to help Janet out - but our goal here is to try and help her get caught up while others are in the motion, as recovery will be a long haul for her. Money donated here will be directly applied toward her electric bill, water, sewer, taxes, etc. Our entire community loves this wonderful woman and anything to help make these hard times easier for her are greatly appreciated! Janet doesn't know yet that the whole community is pulling together to help lighten the load for her, as her stubborn streak still runs strong - but we know without the worrisome headache with bills, etc, she will be very grateful and able to rest easier. Her family thanks everyone for their help, continuous prayers, phone calls, and well wishes.
