CAFE SOUTH - Feeding Young People before School

CAFE SOUTH is based in a densely populated residential council estate. Research has shown that the cost of living crisis has effected so many adults, which in turn has caused young people to go to school on an empty stomach. Once this was brought to our attention, we opened our 'not for profit' cafe to provide a safe space, whilst feeding those that attended.

Cafe South has only been running a short while and we are overwhelmed by the number of secondary school pupils that attend. Our numbers have increased weekly, resulting in us serving over a 150 breakfasts every week!!!

We desperately require additional funding to make sure we can continue servicing the community.
