We're so grateful for the Chicago community and beyond for all of your love and support over the past 4 years. In these very hard times regarding the restrictions of COVID-19, we would like to reach out to this same community for some kindness and understanding.
In order for our restaurant to be open all day and provide a menu that is lovingly made for you in house, it takes a dedicated group of about 50 people. All of these wonderful folks, including myself, the general manager of CMJ, are currently furloughed and patiently waiting to reopen. That is why we're reaching out for support. To help keep Cafe Marie Jeanne running, so we all have a safe and stable place to come back to.
On behalf of our bakers, cooks, dishwashers, bussers, baristas, bartenders, waitstaff, and hosts, we thank you for any and all of your help and consideration.
