“Cadillac” Jack’s Stroke Fund

“Cadillac” Jack suffered a stroke about 3 weeks ago.  He was hospitalized for three days and is now home recovering, which is the good news.  However, as a bartender (one of the best!), he does not have long-term disability coverage.  He is not expected to be back to work for at least another week.  Over a month’s lost wages and medical bills have put him in an unfortunate position.  We are raising money to pay for hospital, medical, and living expenses.  Any assistance you can provide is GREATLY appreciated!
