Caden's: Games & Goals

Caden's Bar-Mitzvah project is Games & Goals.  Caden loves sports and believes that every kid should have the opportunity to play many sports.  He is partnering with KIPP LA Schools to provide new and gently used sports equipment for recess and PE activities.  Caden believes that sports can serve as both a metaphor and vehicle for cooperation, collaboration and peace in our time.

KIPP LA Public Schools (www.kippla.org) is a nonprofit organization that operates 17 high-performing college-preparatory public charter schools in South, Southeast, and East Los Angeles.  Donations collected will be provided to KIPP Vida Preparatory Academy elementary school serving 570 students in kindergarten through 4th grade. The school has a very large blacktop area that they use for PE and outdoor playtime - any equipment will make a big difference in the fun activities run by their coaches and teachers.

Caden would appreciate donations of new or gently used equipment, or cash donations to purchase needed equipment through this Go Fund Me Campaign - https://www.gofundme.com/ caden039s-games-amp-goals.  Donations can be dropped off at our house at any time.  The school is requesting equipment like soccer balls (size 3 or 4), volleyballs, basketballs, hula-hoops, jump ropes, dodge balls, etc.
